Vinification: Hand-picked into crates; the grapes, delicately destemmed, are gently pressed; the must is clarified by cold static decantation and fermented at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 3–4 months and 2–3 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow color; nose with delicate notes of flowers and white fruit, with iodine/salty nuances; palate with a sweet, full entry, good acidic freshness; intensely saline finish.
