Vinification: Hand-picked into crates; brief (4–6 hours) cold maceration of the delicately destemmed grapes; soft pressing; static clarification and fermentation at a controlled temperature (16–18°C) in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 3–4 months and 2–3 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink color; floral notes and ripe red berries on the nose with chalky, balsamic nuances; soft entry on the palate, supported by balanced acidity and a rich flavor of Mediterranean notes that recall the terroir; pleasantly saline and long finish.
